Modification Policy

By contacting us via customer service number or email up to 3 days before the scheduled delivery date, you can change or cancel your order products.
Please keep in mind that if you change your order, the date and time of delivery will change.
Rent and deposit will be automatically changed if you change your order, based on the current rate at the time. Your order will be updated or canceled after effective confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation charges will apply if the trip is canceled for any reason, including cases of voluntary cancellation by the User:
15 days Prior to trip start date - 100% refund
7 days Prior to trip start date - 80% refund
3 days Prior to trip start date - 50% refund
Refundable Deposit Policy
​
A refund will be applied to your account upon confirmation of a successful quality audit of your leased goods and clearance of any outstanding dues. Within 3-5 working days, the funds will be credited to your bank account.
Pagdandilife will check leased goods at our warehouse in the event of harm to assess a thorough overview of damage costs. The cost of the injury will be deducted from your refundable sum.
