Q- What is your payment policy for renting products?
A- PagdandiLife accepts online (UPI 9625569592@barodampay) & cash payments. Rental rates are different for different products. Check our Travel Gear Rental page for rental rates

Q- Which cities do you provide your services in?
A- We’re currently operational in Haldwani/ Kathgodam/ Nainital/ Kaladungi/ Ramnagar/ Kashipur/ Rudrapur or within 20 km from city center, Haldwani. Please check the contact us page or the place decided over the phone or email

Q- Can I choose the delivery date and time?
A- You can share your preferred delivery time with us. If product availability is not an issue, our team will comply with your request.

Q- Do you charge for deliveries and pick up?
A- All our deliveries and pick-ups are free of cost. However, delivery fee is applicable if the delivery location is more then 20 km from Haldwani/ Kathgodam region

Q- Why do I have to pay a security deposit for my rented products?
A- A fixed minimal amount is collected as a security deposit as soon as you rent a product. This amount is fully refundable if the products are returned to us in good condition.

Q- What documents am I expected to share before the product is delivered?​
​A- Aadhar Card or Pan Card or Passport or Driving License

Q- Can I edit my order?
A- Yes, the order can be edited 3 days prior to the delivery date

Q- Is there a minimum order value?
A- We have no minimum order value and you can order for any amount
